At the Scottish Cultural Centre, we are proud of being a welcoming and inclusive space for all ages, cultures and interests. It is a place where we gather for events, classes, and celebrations; where friendships are formed, and memories are made.

However, after years of heavy use, our SCC is in need of some TLC in the form of updating the main floor ladies’ washroom.

Since we opened our doors in 1986 the ladies’ washroom has seen many thousands of visitors – and wear and tear. Unfortunately, it’s become outdated and in need of a refresh to create a clean, comfortable and welcoming space.

Our modest plan is simple: Update the ladies’ washroom with new sinks, taps and mirrors to make the space more contemporary and welcoming. Our estimated budget for this project is $10,000. And we are reaching out to our community for support to help us raise these funds.
