The Scottish Cultural Centre has been a Vancouver institution since 1986, and is proud to be a vibrant and multi-cultural space used by locals in the Marpole community and people from around the world. Our wide variety of valued guests, including numerous dance, arts and cultural organizations, wedding receptions, non-profit societies, charities, two churches, a local Montessori school and a pre-school, have all come to appreciate and trust the quality of the experience they have at the Scottish Cultural Centre.
Honouring the Land
The Scottish Cultural Centre proudly acknowledges and respects the rights and traditions of the people and culture linked to the shared land upon which this building sits; the traditional unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the communities of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
